6. You can assign a Sender Fax number to route documents to a specific folder. Each time a fax is sent from a specified fax number sender, it will store the document to a specified folder. This is useful if you are archiving documents that you want to organize in one folder. You just set your fax sender number's to a folder before you fax the entire set of documents. Then you may have another set of documents that you want to organize in another folder, you can then update the Fax number assignment. This is a preferred approach if you are dealing with hundreds of documents because in this way the organization is done automatically. Only a user with an Administrator role may set this feature. Click on the "Settings" Menu and select "Folder Settings". Select a Folder first and enter the Sender Fax number. Make sure you didn't have your CallerID blocked. Our fax servers has to recognized the Sender Fax.

7. You can prefix documents for auto-naming. This works together with Assigning Sender Fax number. As the fax documents are routed to a specified folder, it creates a filename for itself. This is useful if you want your documents to be prefixed with certain characters for Search queries. Each document will have the Prefix assigned and auto-generated numbers. For example you may want to Prefix all your client's document with their lastname for quick searching. Only a user with an Administrator role may set this feature. Click on the "Settings" Menu and select "Folder Settings". Select a Folder first and enter the Prefix Filename.
    Assign Fax

8. You can add multiple users in your Vault Anywhere Account. This will allow you to view documents together. You will share the Fax Account for your Inbound and Outbound. There is a level of security that is applied. And you can assign each user their own folder where only you (as Administrator) and the user will be able to access.
