A. Introduction
This Policy tells you how VAC uses and protects personally identifiable information collected through use of Vaultanywhere.com. This Policy covers only information that is collected through this web site.
Although other sites may be linked to VAC, we have no control over their information and VAC does not cover information that may be collected through software downloaded from any other site whether linked or not. E. Your Use of the Site

G. Password

H. Updating Your Information
You can see, review and change most of your personal information by logging into Vaultanywhere.com. We will not manually modify your personal information because it is very difficult to verify your identity remotely. You must promptly update your personal information if it changes or is inaccurate.
Upon your request, we will close your account and remove your personal information from view as soon as reasonably possible, based on your account activity and in accordance with applicable law. We do retain personal information from closed accounts in order to comply with law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Vaultanywhere.com-related agreements, and take other actions otherwise permitted by law or as specified elsewhere in this Policy.
I. Security
Vault Anywhere Corporation uses the most current encryption along with every security system enhancement that has been created to date in order to protect the privacy of your information.
That being said, despite our best efforts, third parties (Hackers) may unlawfully intercept or violate information stored at VAC.
Should this unlikely scenario happen, we will immediately report the violation to the proper authorities and will assist in any and all investigations and assist in every way possible in the prosecution of such violation to the fullest extent of the law.
J. Applicability
Except as otherwise expressly included in this Policy, this document addresses only the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. If you disclose your information to others, whether they are users on Vaultanywhere.com or other sites throughout the Internet, different rules may apply.
K. Children
Vaultanywhere.com is not directed to children under eighteen (18) years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from such children. If you are younger than 18, please do not provide any personally identifiable information to us.
L. Policy Changes
VAC may amend this Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on Vaultanywhere.com, which will automatically take effect ten (10) days after they are initially posted except as otherwise specified.
M. Other Written Agreements
To the extent this Policy conflicts or is inconsistent with the terms of any verbal discussions and the written and physically signed agreement between you and VAC, the terms of such written agreement shall control exclusively.
N. Acts of God
All information housed at Vault Anywhere Corporation’s servers are secured at a fire proof facility. In addition to this, information is also stored at a remote secondary site as a fail safe system for back up.
We have done everything possible to ensure the safety and security of your information to the extent of what is humanly possible or foreseeable.
Anything beyond this such as a national or world emergency of cataclysmic proportions are beyond our reasonable ability to prepare for.
Should something of this nature occur, when able, we will reopen the site with the last available information which may or may not include any of your most recent data saved on the system. Anything beyond this we assume no liability for.
